By accessing and using the Bulk Image Watermarker application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Service.

2. Account Security & Usage Limits

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You agree not to share your account or use automated scripts to bypass our daily image processing limits. Accounts found to be abusing the processing engine or attempting to circumvent usage limits will be terminated without refund.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to only upload and process images for which you own the copyright or have explicit permission to alter. You may not use our Service to process illegal content, explicit material that violates applicable laws, or to forge/infringe upon the trademarks of others.

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments are securely processed via PayPal. Due to the computational costs associated with processing high-resolution images, subscriptions are generally non-refundable once the daily limits have been utilized. However, if you experience a technical failure preventing use of the service, please contact support for assistance.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We are not responsible for lost data, interrupted downloads, or any damages resulting from the use of our platform. It is your responsibility to maintain original backups of the images you upload for watermarking.
