1. Privacy-First Image Processing

Our core promise to creators and businesses is strict data privacy. We do not store your images. All image processing and watermarking occur in secure, temporary server memory (RAM). Once your zipped batch is downloaded or your browser session is cleared, your raw files and processed images are immediately and permanently destroyed.

We do not inspect your images, we do not save them to persistent hard drives, and we absolutely do not use your digital assets to train AI models.

2. Information We Collect

To provide our service, we collect the minimum necessary information:

• Account Information: Your username and securely hashed password for authentication.
• Usage Data: The numerical count of images you process per day to enforce plan limits.
• Payment Status: Expiration dates and plan tiers managed via PayPal. We do not process or store raw credit card numbers on our servers.

3. Third-Party Services

We use PayPal as our secure payment processor. When you upgrade your plan, you are redirected to PayPal's secure checkout. We receive a confirmation token to activate your tier, but your sensitive financial data remains strictly with PayPal.
